Dolce in Contro, is a 150 m² restaurant, located in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The project consists of the remodeling of a two-level premises whose main objective is to redefine the graphic and spatial image of the place and organize the existing architectural program.
The biggest challenge when redesigning this chain of patisseries was to create a cozy, elegant and modern place that offered the possibility of a sweet meeting in its facilities within a highly commercial environment. For this, a Blossom Cherry tree is projected in the entire center of the space, which welcomes the premises, orders the different areas of the restaurant and creates an atmosphere of tranquility by integrating elements of nature into the interior. It is enriched with very particular decorative elements such as the mirror mosaics on the walls of the second level, the upholstery in pastel colors and the wood textures, which, combined with the architectural and decorative lighting, end up giving the space warmth.
The dolce incontro takes place in the shade of a cherry blossom. A place where butterflies play with the light while they dream, delighting in the delicacies on the surface. Dolce incontro, a restaurant characterized by the fine combination of an elegant and modern design, represented by a Blossom Cherry tree in a unique architectural design, which proposes a play of mirrors and lights to attract attention to the second level, creating an atmosphere of tranquility where a sweet meeting is held
