CHALLENGE: Maintain the view of the sea using the highest level of the land, making possible vehicular and pedestrian access through ramps.
SOLUTION: Taking advantage of the topography of the lot, a house is designed that supports a large part of its main structure on the natural terrain and leaves the entire front of the house cantilevered, creating a unique panoramic view with internal gardens that integrate with the landscaping design of the project..
Maha is a house located in a coastal area where the sea hits the rocks, which supports the development of this large residential area. The project has specified products with high durability and low maintenance that are absolutely necessary in this location due to the high salinity that the strong breezes of the area leave in the environment.
The structure was conceived in such a way that the glass façade facing the sea was free of columns and thus could encourage the feeling of openness and connection with the sea.
