CHALLENGE: Maintain the view of the sea using the highest level of the land, making possible vehicular and pedestrian access through ramps.

SOLUTION: Taking advantage of the topography of the lot, a house is designed that supports a large part of its main structure on the natural terrain and leaves the entire front of the house cantilevered, creating a unique panoramic view with internal gardens that integrate with the landscaping design of the project..

Villa Loma Luna is a recreational complex that offers the highest standards of luxury to its visitors, combining architectural design with landscape design to allow the enjoyment of nature and the organization of any type of events.

Designed to serve mainly international visitors, the greatest design challenge was to generate an iconic architectural volume, highly recognizable, but which in turn would preserve the unique elements of the context and allow it to provide a comprehensive service for its guests.

The architectural program combines several infrastructures in its urban planning, such as a church, an amphitheater, lakes and a Republican-style event house with rooms to respond to the needs of the project’s business model. In addition to this, the design is conceived under the principles of sustainability ensuring the reuse of rainwater due to the creation of oxidation ponds in the context and the construction of a central roof with automated skylights that fulfill the function of solar chimneys reducing the sensation of temperature inside the spaces up to 4 degrees.
