Cada espacio tiene un prop\u00f3sito y debe asegurar la mejor experiencia, ambiente y confort para los clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante tener en cuenta que el dise\u00f1o interior de un restaurante es una parte crucial de la estrategia de mercadeo y ventas. Es lo primero que ven los clientes e impactar\u00e1 c\u00f3mo perciben la marca, el tipo de servicio que pueden esperar y hasta las ventas, ya que se ha encontrado que el dise\u00f1o interior de un restaurante impacta el consumo y el tiempo de permanencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy m\u00e1s que nunca los clientes buscan una experiencia multisensorial al momento de escoger donde comer por lo que es importante conocer los principales elementos que se deben tener en cuenta al momento de dise\u00f1ar un restaurante:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dise\u00f1o de espacios<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un restaurante se compone principalmente de la cocina, un comedor donde se presta el servicio y los ba\u00f1os. Dependiendo del restaurante, muchos tienen un bar, zona de espera y terraza o patio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dise\u00f1o adecuado de una cocina debe contar con espacio suficiente para tener varias \u00e1reas de trabajo. Esto podr\u00e1 cambiar dependiendo del tipo de comida y de servicio que se ofrezca, pero por regla general se necesita un \u00e1rea de pre-preparaci\u00f3n, de preparaci\u00f3n de comida caliente que puede incluir parrillas, freidoras, asadores, congeladores, entre otros. Las luces que se necesitan para leer los men\u00fas y para ordenar y para que la comida sea servida adecuadamente. \nIluminaci\u00f3n decorativa: Esta iluminaci\u00f3n se usa para decorar y se utilizan principalmente l\u00e1mparas que refuercen el look y los colores de la marca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Asientos, colores, olores y ac\u00fastica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tipo de silla que se utilicen, los colores, olores y ac\u00fastica terminar\u00e1n de darle personalidad al espacio. Los colores c\u00e1lidos como rojos y amarillos estimulan el apetito mientras que los azules se ha encontrado que lo suprimen. Los olores, ya sean artificiales o que provengan de la cocina, tambi\u00e9n juegan un papel muy importante en la experiencia y en la  estrategia de mercadeo de un restaurante. Estudios demuestran que el adecuado uso de los olores puede incrementar las ventas por un 6% y el tiempo de estad\u00eda de los clientes en un 15.9%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, es importante  la ac\u00fastica y la m\u00fasica. Se debe buscar un volumen adecuado que no sea muy alto y permita que las personas puedan hablar, pero que no sea muy bajo y se puedan escuchar las conversaciones de otras mesas.
