CHALLENGE: Maintain the view of the sea using the highest level of the land, making possible vehicular and pedestrian access through ramps.
SOLUTION: Taking advantage of the topography of the lot, a house is designed that supports a large part of its main structure on the natural terrain and leaves the entire front of the house cantilevered, creating a unique panoramic view with internal gardens that integrate with the landscaping design of the project..
Gourmand Gastro bar, is a 345 m2 restaurant located in the city of Tampa, USA. Conceived under an eclectic and welcoming style, its design seeks to integrate all types of generations. Being within a food court of a shopping center, one of the main design challenges was to turn the premises into an attractive point for users, so a space is projected with the possibility of fully opening its façade and in its Inside there is a system of several screens that turn the bar into a focal point from the outside.
The interior design is characterized by the combination of sober colors: black, lead and wood-like finishes; the furniture in turn mixes fixed seats, low and high tables for restaurants, sofas for lounging and curved boots specially designed to provide privacy for each of the tables.
Special attention is paid to the design of the lighting, being decisive to create a pleasant and functional environment; A translucent corian chandelier is created to demarcate the table areas both indoors and outdoors.
